All of the products shown on the website are in stock except where specifically stated, but please allow 3-5 working days from receiving your order to dispatch. If for any reason the item is not available we will contact you with an alternative product or provide a refund within 48 hours.


UK postage & delivery

For London postcodes NW3, NW2, NW6 and NW11 we can offer a free collection service if you need your order in a hurry. Please contact us for details and arrange a time to pick up. 

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is by Royal Mail for most items however for larger items such as the play mats these will be sent via courier as this is less expensive. 

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow a further 2-5 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched (We will contact you via email once your order has been sent).

Please ensure you check the delivery address you provide is correct as we cannot be responsible if products are delivered to the wrong address.


Returns, refunds & exchanges

We really hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you aren't then please do let us know by dropping us a line to contact@thestorycorner.org

Of course we understand that sometimes we change our minds and if this is the case and you would like to return any items please make sure they have not been used. Please package them up carefully and return them to the address on the packaging within 14 days for a refund.

It is advisable that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain your proof of posting should an item go missing. We regret that we are not responsible for the cost of postage unless the item is faulty.

Please contact us via email within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund for faulty goods. Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform me within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
